UCSF Alumni Weekend is an annual celebration that brings together alumni from all schools and programs to reconnect, network, and engage with the UCSF community through a variety of activities, educational talks, and receptions.

Most events will be held in the William J. Rutter Center at UCSF Mission Bay campus (1675 Owens St, San Francisco, CA 94158).
There will be three events located off-site:

REGISTRATION

Early registration is recommended as space is limited for some events.
Please note: The last day to register is Wednesday, April 9, 2026 at noon Pacific time.

Alumni Weekend now includes a registration fee to support attendance, commitment, and program planning. This approach aligns with best practices across alumni events and helps ensure a vibrant weekend centered on connection, learning, and shared alumni pride.
A few events include an additional fee. Please refer to the digital schedule of events for specific pricing.

April 9, 2026, at noon Pacific time is the last day to change your event registration or request a refund.

We encourage advance registration, but on-site registration will be available for select events, pending capacity.

All Alumni Weekend events will be in person at UCSF Mission Bay campus as virtual attendance is not being offered this year. There is also no livestream option; however, the Opening Session and UCSF Talks will be recorded and posted in the Videos section on this website when available.

UCSF has reserved a suite on the Club Level at Oracle Park for the SF Giants vs. Miami Marlins game on Friday, April 24, 2026. The game begins at 7:15 p.m., and attendees may access the space starting at 6 p.m.
Reservations and Tickets
Reservations can be made through Alumni Weekend registration. Primary registrants can purchase a maximum of two tickets, with the second ticket holder registered as a guest during the primary registration process (a placeholder name is acceptable). Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ticket Delivery Options
Registrants must select one of the following methods to receive their tickets:
Email Delivery
One week prior to the event, you will receive an email with instructions to access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.
The email will be sent to the email address listed on the registration.Will Call
Tickets may also be picked up at the Will Call window on the day of the game.
Cal Night
Cal Night will take place during this game. If you would like to receive a Cal hat for $15, please be sure to add this option during registration.
Transportation
Shuttle service to Oracle Park will be available from the William J. Rutter Center at UCSF Mission Bay campus and the Luma Hotel. The shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the event date.

• UCSF SHUTTLE FROM BART (weekdays only)
Disembark at the 16th Street Mission BART station. For Bay Area Rapid Transit information, visit BART.
Pick up the Red Line UCSF shuttle on the northeast corner of the intersection. The shuttle runs only on weekdays every 15 minutes and brings you to 1651 4th St. in front of the Weill Neurosciences Building (second stop). For more information, visit UCSF Transportation.
